ELIGIBILITY 
You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry OR HAVE PARENTAL CONSENT.  Children interested in entering the contest must be supervised by an adult during the entry.

1. To enter the Contest, each entrant must register for YouTube (if not already registered).  Each entrant is solely responsible for complying with the terms and conditions applicable to his/her use of YouTube. 

2. You MUST be subscribed to my channel.

3. To enter the Contest, each entrant must submit a video not exceeding 2 minutes between 10:01 a.m. ET on February 10, 2011 and 11:59 p.m. ET on March 1, 2011.

4. Male entrants must say the following phrase in their video “I’m a Pig from Angry Birds and I’m a fan of the Onyxbeauty Channel” 

5. Female entrants must say the following phrase in their video: “I’m an Angry Bird and I’m a fan of the Onyxbeauty Channel”

6. Each entrant must upload his/her Submission to their YouTube Channel and add their video as a Video Response to the Contest Video. Don’t know how? Click here for a short tutorial à       

7. The title of all video entries MUST read : “I’m a fan of the Onyxbeauty ChanneL" Contest 

8. You must put a link to my channel in the description box. Link: http://www.youtube.com/onyxbeauty1988

9. Participants may enter the contest multiple times but are only eligible to win one prize per person.

10. Slideshows are acceptable. If you do not have audio you must write the applicable phrase on a sheet of paper and hold it up in the picture. All other rules still apply to slideshow entries.

Submissions that do not include all required information and adhere to requirements will be considered void and will not be considered in the judging of the contest.

SELECTION OF WINNER
After the contest entry period 10:01 a.m. ET on February 10, 2011 and 11:59 p.m. ET on March 1, 2011 voting will be open on my Facebook Page: http://www.facebook.com/pages/I-Makeup-by-Sheila-Jackson/113484278699388 The three videos receiving the most   “LIKES”  will win the Angry Birds Plush Toy of their choice.  Facebook voting will begin March 2, 2011 and will end March 9, 2011. Winner announcement video will air March 12, 2010
